Services provided are limited to bookkeeping, business consulting, workflow education, software implementation assistance, and general financial process support. We do not provide legal, tax, or certified public accounting (CPA) services unless expressly stated in writing.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information, documents, and records provided. We rely on client-supplied data and are not responsible for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

Confidentiality

All personal and business information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement. No information will be disclosed or published without explicit authorization, except as required by law.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party software or platforms (including but not limited to QuickBooks, payment processors, or cloud services). We are not responsible for outages, data loss, errors, or policy changes resulting from third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, materials, or recommendations. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

No Guarantees

While we strive to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational clarity, no guarantees are made regarding financial outcomes, tax results, or business performance.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time. Fees for services performed up to the termination date remain due.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. While services may be provided to clients in other states, Idaho law shall control the interpretation and enforcement of these terms unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise
